    First Post

This is my first post on this site. I have visited the site fairly often in the past year or so (seems like mostly the Neanderthal Haven forum) and decided it was time to join up. I have gotten fairly serious about my woodworking in the last couple of years. Last winter I finished a dining room table and started on some dining room chairs. My work took me out of town from March until mid-December so I am just getting back in the groove. I have put the chairs on hold while I build a traditional European workbench. I am hoping to have it done soon before my wife gives me too much grief about not finishing the chairs.

I plan to post up some pictures of some of my recent projects.

Anyway, it is good to be a part of a group that share the same interests/passions.

A very welcome to you and I hope you are enjoying your dive into woodworking. We like photos, especially photos that include "shop dogs".

Thank you for the welcome. I will post some pictures. Our dogs are spoiled - they only come through the garage on their way outside.
