    My first Maloof rocker

Walnut with ebony dowels. Finished with 6 coats waterlox original. Used templates provided by Charles Brock. His video and instruction booklet were helpful as were countless photos on the web.

I've built seven rocking chairs, but never a Maloof. I think I will have to do one.

    Yours is really nice.

That is a great looking rocker. I have always wanted to build one. It is on my list.

    Great job, Sam

Just beautiful work, wood choice and contrasts are spot on. I have always wanted to do a Maloof chair. Very intimidating to me though.

Very nice. I would also like to tackle one of the Maloof rockers at some point.
