My wife is a collector/restorer of antique sewing machines and is quite an accomplished mechanic, I might add.
I've made several of these for her, but this one was particularly nice walnut and though I'd play with some thin pins.
Next up is a restoration of early 1900's treadle wood top. I'll be [practicing] repairing veneer, re-veneering a lid and refinishing.
Now I gotta find my glue pot and the hide glue ;-)
