Question roll up door for new shop

I'm new here and to wood working. I am in the process of building my shop and would like any advice and/or recommendations for a roll up door. 8 x 8 chain driven (no motor) Trac-rite looked nice but was leaning toward the Janus 1000 from steeldoordepot.com. Anyone with experience with either of these two products? Thanks

You may wish to add where you live as there may be differences in how they perform, depending on the climate.

I had two roll up doors on my shop and replaced them with standard garage doors. The roll ups don't seal at all on the edges and the north wind would blow right in. I even added brush flashing but it didn't help much.

Yes, rollups are not great sealers, esp with wind (there is a by-design/necessity opening at the top when rolled down). I made up a pool noodle solution to block the opening during winter (couple pulleys and a rope raise/drop a pool noodle over a 1/2" conduit). It helps keep the direct north winds from blowing in, not ideal but better. Going to live with it as I don't want a normal door track.

I installed my own overhead doors, just followed the instructions on the first one, and the 2nd was much easier. What is the advantage to roll up doors?

I live in North central Florida so cold weather isn't an issue. Thanks to all for the replies.

I do not have experience with the ones you mentioned. I have installed Clopay roll up doors and they have worked with no problems for about 12 years. I bought mine from HomeDepot.

I also use a regular garage door, partially because it matches the car garage next to the shop garage. It is insulated as are the walls of the shop. Even in SC, insulation is nice to have.
