    Repairing Clarke Plasma Cutter

There is a Clarke Plasma King 35 for sale locally for very cheap. The reason it's so cheap is the seller says it doesn't work. Their add says it needs a new mother board.

Question is, how do I verify that is what is wrong with the unit? If it is the motherboard, is this something I can order online and replace myself.

    Thanks for your help,
    Wes

I would do a little google research on that brand and model you might find out its just a bad design. There was a guy on eBay that fixed Harbor Freight welders and plasma cutters you might look for his ad, and ask about yours.
