    Tonight's offering.

    Notice I haven't signed it yet.

    Osage orange or possibly Mulberry.

    It can be either Mulberry or Osage Orange, they are related BTW.

    If you have still some of the shavings you can find out if it is Mulberry or Osage Orange.

    Just put some of the shavings in water and let sit overnight, if the water turns really Yellow you have Osage Orange.

    Yes, OO. I made up a batch of OO tea a while back thing that if I wet the finished piece several times maybe I could cheet the browning process for a little while. What I ended up with was a bowl that looked green to me. But I'm colorblind so what do I know.

    Did I spell cheet right? My spellcheck app did not like the way I spelled it but offered no suggestions.

    Looks like mulberry or maybe Osage orange to me.
