    DIY router to plasma conversion

Going to convert a router to plasma. Going to run a Hypertherm Powermax 65 and a proma compact 150 thc. Looking at the velox za650p z axis as well. Very excited. Ill be designing a new bed setup too.

Anyone done this conversion or build?

Ordered a 083300 65 - has both machine and hand torches.

    Super fun!
Glad its my shop I am responsible for - I only have to make me happy.

Velox sold me parts to convert my existing Velox Z to a plasma version with a floating head for a fraction of the new Z price. Ron is awesome and his products are a sound investment.

I held off on that THC and am researching other options.
