Air filter question

Can anyone in Calf tell me why the Grizzly shop air-filters can't be sold there?
Too Loud?
5 micron not small enough?

(that that we need another, we have one above each lathe and a Shop Fox HEPA we move around)

CA doesnt allow ozone producing air cleaners. Doubt this applies but its the only thing I can think of.

Allen, high voltage through a thin wire produces ozone.
