You need a few walls to make;

1. toilet room

2. finishing room

3. hand tool/assembly room

4. office/design space

5. machine room with power and dust control

6. wood storage room

7. utility room

These will have separate lighting, hvac and access requirements

Start to develop these spaces then put them together.

If you look to the top of the plan, most of those elements already exist just above the main shop area.

There is a door from the shop to a guest suite and bath. The Guest suite will be 17 by 18 with a desk, refrigerator and microwave. I will use this space to keep a computer. I had not been planning to do a fixed space finishing room. I nearly always spray and I am thinking that I will buy a spray booth exhaust fan wall and then make a booth I can set up and tear down. Not sure. I have been spraying on the driveway for years at my current house.
