    Arrival of Spring

    4 inches tall and 6 inches across this piece of maple was turned, burned, carved and colored with India Ink

    Don't think I've ever seen such big piercing on such a small piece. Looks like the views overlap and dance as you walk buy it. Don't let anyone touch it!! Just show them the pics.

    It is funny you say this. I have two demos this weekend and both venues have ask me to bring this piece . It is now mounted to a mirror in a case. No one gets near it. More fragile than an egg shell.
