I just finished doing some practice single-pass half-blind dovetails joints with my new to me Porter Cable 55160 Omnijig and for a novice I was impressed with the results. Unfortunately I don't have the other template guides needed to make the other joints listed in the manual. I haven't had much luck so far finding them either. So, it looks like they will have to be made. I have a listing of all of the outside diameters but not the IDs. Are they all 17/32"? Is it possible to use some of the still made templates and modify them instead starting from scratch? If anyone has any of the following template guides they would like to sell that would make things a lot easier.
G0, G1, G3, G4, G5
Edit - If all of the template guides have an ID of 17/32" it may be possible to reduce the OD of the only template guide still available, the G2. Fortunately it has the largest OD except for the G0 and G1. Sound reasonable?
