Searching for large half round shaper cutter - any pointers?

I need to make some 1 inch wide half round molding for a restoration project. Looking for a shaper cutter with a cutting surface of at least 1 inch, 1 1/4 would be even better. For some reason, my google fu has completely failed me. Can't find anything larger than 1/2 inch. Any pointers? Oh, I need 3/4 bore. Thanks for any tips or suggestions.

Amana carries a full line of dedicated cutters and if you have a universal cutter head insert knives are probably your best option. I buy frequently from www.toolstoday.com

You can alos look for metric. 1.25"= 31.75mm. you would want a 16mm radius.

Here is an amana bull nose bit in 1.25"

I am a big fan of Grizzly shaper cutters. I would not be surprised if they don't last as long as amana cutters but for my home shop I always get great smooth cuts at a reasonable price.

I spent more than an hour on their site searching for exactly that cutter! Nothing I used as search criteria would bring that up. Thanks! Ordering it now.

Jim, I should have mentioned that you can buy cutters with a larger bore and and install a reducer bushing, just use common sense regarding the outer diameter and weight of the cutter you chose and know the limitations of your shaper.

I have a 1-1/4" dia. full bullnose shaper cutter in 3/4" bore that has cut less than 100 ft. I sold my shaper and would love to sell the cutter. $45 gets it to your door.
