Years ago, Pella made a super wood accordion door, but alas no longer. Does anybody have plans of such an animal?
There are some for sale, but I need a very short door, access to dormer rooms, and everything i have found can't be cut down.

Maybe you're looking to build something often called a bifold door? Or with more panels, a multifold door? They're not particularly difficult to build when you have the hardware at hand. A very good source for that is Johnson Hardware. http://www.johnsonhardware.com/

Jamie, thanks. Best I have seen but won't work. Door frame opening is 30", thus need something that folds up very thin. With the configuration I can't use a regular door but would like something to keep the a.c. from pouring downstairs. Only one of the bedrooms has great a.c.
