    Did this this weekend it is design and make From victice it's made out of Pine haven't decided how I would like to finish it I know I do not want to paint it image.jpg

    Beautiful piece, John. I think a warm toned stain would look nice.
    Where did you find the model? I didn't find anything when I Googled victice.

    Nice job. This is a popular sign, so you can find lots of finished examples online. I would probably use a stain and clear coat. If you want to get fancy you can start with some colors.

    I think he meant to say Vectric. Vectric owns Design Make. I have looked at some of their artwork many times for projects.

    Yeah, I use Vectric's Aspire software and have bought a few models from them. I just didn't put two & two together.

    John, what size is your piece and how long did the finish cut take? I bought the model (think it's cool) but Aspire is giving me a 9 hr time estimate on a 7"x7" piece using a .031 TBM, 60ipm, with 10% stepover.
