Interesting start to the season, not even close to counting the Pats out for the season.

Looks like all the talk of a Patriots "Perfect Season" is down the drain!!!

Go ____ (fill in the blank)

Is it football time again? Somebody please pick a team for me, I don't even know the names of the teams.

I haven't watched a football game since I played trumpet in the marching band in the 60s. Somehow I found things to do to with the time.

Haha. I love how teams beat Brady and not the Patriots. The defense was awful. He threw zero touchdowns and they still had 27 points. Certainly good enough most weeks. I was at the game and it got ugly, but I think KC looked real good. Nobody likes their team to lose but tough to be down after last year. The last 3 times they lost the home opener they went on to win the SuperBowl. Guessing it won't happen again, soooo hard to repeat. I think KC was 12-4 last year maybe? They should have a good year, although those two injuries are going to be tough in them.

Lots of teams but I wouldn't say everyone. I think the Saints and the Packers are pretty content with their QB's.

In my opinion though, I think it is pretty hard to argue that Tom Brady isn't the best QB to have played the game. Him and Joe Montana. Just my $.02.

Just wondering if any of the "Packer Backers" know how much the team paid the refs for Sunday's fiasco?

Haha. This could get as good as a "sharpening thread."

Worth every penny to see Pete Carroll's head explode, whether you're a Cheesehead or not.

As one of their rules consultants commented, "I'm glad I'm not the guy in the league office taking Carroll's phone call tomorrow." I suspect some of his remarks will be "fine-inducing".

"Design"? Possibly. "Intelligent"? Sure doesn't look like it from this angle.
