Looks a bit like Caslon w/ the added decoration.

This font has much of that look --- might be close enough:

It's not 'a font'. "Type-style" is a better description... It's of a western or 'saloon' type-style, but look close, especially the 2 'A's, you can see each letter was individually handcrafted...

Wife does vinyl work and says she has used it before. Try Carnivalee Freakshow.

The closest I could find is 'Pistol Grip Pump' but it's an 'eroded' font, and the serif's aren't right. Can't find a solid version..

I have not got an answer, except to say that was probably hand carved and cast.
From a signwriter's perspective, there are inconsistencies and errors- suggesting either a pattern maker who wasnt too particular, or an amateur, made it.
The E resembles the modern Copperplate font to some degree, with a spur added to the left upright.
The C is more of a North American or carnival horseshoe, with a spur.
The A isn't far off a Times/Roman, and is much lighter in style.
D could almost pass as a light rounded Clarendon on overall shape, but they omitted the spur on the far right. Else Times Roman with some spurs but not enough.
B - well it's upside down. The bigger bowl whould be on the underneath.
The 2nd A is much bolder than the first, with a reasonable differentiation in stroke thickness which is lacking in the next letter the U.
The N... wow, I've not seen a serifed N with the uprights almost as thick as the diagonal, when it's meant to be a bit of a thick-and-thin alphabet.
It is also lacking a decent top edge on the upper left.

Definitely hand-made, and with assorted inconsistencies.

You could pick Times New Roman or Garamond or a few others, to begin with, or maybe Windsor, and tweak the letters, then simply weld in a heap of spurs, to make it all afresh- IF precision with the original was important.
I'd be trying to improve upon it, personally.

    Hope that helps.
    Best wishes,
    Ian

The font Kev found can be filled in to make it solid, smart fill all the holes might work.
Never mind that won't work as edges are broken
