Pre 1990 AMT wet grinder 4740

I have had this wet grinder since it was new, still in the box. I am finally retired and in the process of establishing a 30X30 woodworking shop. To shorten the story, there are no assembly instructions with the grinder. Once again, I would think this would be a no brainer, but, of course, it is not. I have exhausted Google, Vintage machinery, Google Images and everything else I can think of. I have many pieces but no clue other than how to mount the water tank and attach the drain hose. Can anyone help with this quandary?

I can't help with the setup, but when I found a Workshop 3000 on sale on Amazon, it didn't take long to sell my wet sharpener. Never looked back.
