Bought a triumph laser stopped at customs fda 2877??

They need a fda 2877 filled out I asked the company if they were up and fda compliant they said yes. Why would this not be included with the shipment?

What do I do here have no idea what to do....

Tell Triumph to send you the paper work. They have it and can send it. Once you get that, forward it on and you'll be good.

they have sent it and have A(1) checked that it made before any standard and the B(1) checked and numbers filled in.
    Does A(1) seem right?

I read that I want to classify it as HTS Code: 8456.10.8000 - Machine Tools Operated By Laser Or Other Light Or Photon Beam Processes. 2.4% duty in USA.
    How do I do this.

I skipped section a also. REALLY you are the one having to fill it out. But the Manufacturer or the shipper should be giving you the ascension number before it arrives!

FDA will approve if ascension number exists.
Just give it a day or two.
