Hey all, I'm stuck.
I found a very important tool I need in the Denver (Lakewood) area.
I'm going to be putting together a little assembly line using 4 or 5 of the Old School Rockwell miter boxes... In step by step like dedicated use.
One fine tuned 90,only for this specific use, two for set and forget L and R 45, and two w a wedge against fence to do certain compound L and R45's.
I'll be the only one around them, so I know they won't have any abuse after I tune them.
Great little saws, I've had one since late 70's.
So.. I found a MINT one, but need help getting it to me.
Located 5 miles WSW of #25 + #70, West side of Denver... center of Lakewood.
Dimensions of the saw are about 18"x18"x18", 35 lbs.
So I need to find a kind Creeker that can at least pickup for me, and possibly also, if willing, maybe box it up ????
I recently got two, one Illinois, other in Ohio... so I know the best way to box them.
Of course, it will be pre payed for by me before you get there.
My Daughter has a UPS account, so a paid for ship label can be emailed to any helper, slapped on box, and handed off to any UPS guy even driving by.
Really have no other option, the owner has nobody that can help w this.
