Bench end vise identification help. #2433?

Went to the antique/estate shop that's selling a ton of tools. Got this end vise for cheap to try it out. Does anyone have any information on what this might be? It's not quick release, just old fashioned acme screw. The only marking of any kind I can find is '2433' stamped above the handle as you can see. They had another one that was the same green color so that's likely the original color. Other than that I have nothing. Does anyone have any info about this?

    Thanks.

Can't help, but I have a similar one. I'd never seen anything like it when I found it - not like I needed another woodworking vise, but it was interesting and followed me home. But I guess they're more common than I realized.

That green makes me think Kunz or Ulmia
