Hi Kevin, I have turned pens off and on now for about 6-7 years and have found most of the best info over on the IAP(International Association of Pen-turners at penturners dot org). They have an extraordinary pen info library there that includes an Excel spreadsheet, may be in pdf as well, of pen kit bushing and tube sizes for most pens. I just checked my copy and most of the cigar type kits use a 1.91" length tube with a few Pennstate ones being 1.94. Hope this is helpful.

Thank you James, I had glued the tubes in a while ago. I can not find them. I have 12 inch tubes but didn’t know the length, after your post I made some at 1.91ish and they worked perfect. The batteries in my digital caliper were dead so I had to go out and get some. Tomorrow I am doing my last Farmers Market for the year. I just wanted a few more pens. . Thanks again, Kevin
