Steelex ST1011 Jointer

Does anyone have any experience with this brand or this particular jointer? I've searched around and it appears this is part of the Grizzly family and pretty much a clone of the G0490. It's available with a spiral cutter for $1350 and free shipping. Are Shop Fox, Steelex and Grizzly the same machines with different branding or are there differences in quality between the brands?

Talked to my nephew, said he had ordered a Grizzly 490, it was backordered and he could not get one, so he ordered a Steelex, which he received right away.
