KITY miter guage. Anyone recognize the brand?

Picked this up at an auction , seems pretty well made. Could not find any information or images that looked like this.

Kity was a French company that was very popular in Europe and made a lot of hobbyist shop machines. Scheppach acquired Kity in 2004, but there are still a lot of Kity machines in operation today in Germany and the UK. The part you have might have been an accessory to one of the Kity saws, such as the 419.

Nice score. Bar is likely a metric width.

I have one....bought it many years from a mail order ad in a mag. IIRC I still have the instruction sheet that came with it. It works ok. My bar is a 3/4" width.

thanks for the info. Bar might be metric but I put it in my Incra miter sled and it tightens down nicely. seems like it will be useful.
