Rail/Stile Bit - where to get

Does anyone know where I can buy a rail/stile bit set that will cut the profile shown below? I have tried all the usual suspects (CMT, MLCS, Freud, Amana) with no luck. An artist I am not so the image is a bit crude but I think it gives the idea. It is a step down, angled flat field, step down, another angled flat field, with another step down to the panel.

Apologies if this is a double post, the first one just sorta "vanished" when I went to post it.

Thanks in advance for your time. . .
