    New planer blades

I have a Jet 13" planer/ molder. The blades need to be sharpen. Since I don't have a spare set I will be without the planer a couple of days.

Yesterday I started looking on the internet for a spare set. I was not able to find any at the usual sites I visit. It seems that these blades are a little hard to find. I did find a couple of companies that have them but I have never heard of them. Gobal Tooling seems to have the best prices. Has anyone here done bussness with these guys? Anyone know of a good source for these blades?

    Thanks
    John

Jesada should be able to help you out.

The most expensive tool is the one you buy "cheaply" and often...

John, Not sure how you feel about the big box stores. But I know that Menards carry "Jet" products. I believe that I saw the planer blades at my local store. It may have been the 12" blades though, just not sure. Its been over two weeks since I was there last and I can't remember which set it was. Sorry if this doesn't help.

Also I did a search on ebay and found nothing, Good luck
