Ideas for Drill Press table needed

I built a simple plywood table with fence for my 14" Jet Drill press but have not been happy with it. It doesn't have tracks for clamps or other options that I occassionally would have found handy, like a dust collection port. I've looked at the Rockler package and it looks like it has about what I want. I wouldn't mind buying it if I thought it was worth it, but I often like to build my jigs and devices (and I usually save $$$ too). I know I would use the Drill more or at least be more inclined to use it if I had a more functional table. Is there a plan out there that any of you have that you have found that you particularly like? Thanks for any input.

Heres mine. I used an old cutout from kitchen sink & glued it to a piece of 3/4 ply. The edges are trimmed in ash.
The T tracks are from Woodpeckers & the knobs & clamps from Reid Tool.

    Don,

This is the one I have and absolutely love it.

If you decide on it, wait until it goes on sale.

Welcome Ed. With that unit, you have made your DP into a Bridgeport.

    Don,

I have the Rockler table for 10" DP's. So far it works for me. I bought it with a "25% off any one item in the store" coupon they ran in Dec. My store threw in the clamps at 25% off too. Pretty good deal.

In the October 2005 issue of Popular Woodworking, Eric Hedberg has plans for a drill press table that looks quite good. I am seriously thinking about building it.

You might buy one of these:

They are only $29.95. It will be hard to buy the hardware for that price.

This is the table on my benchtop DP. It is about 13" x 20". Homemade; but not by me. I purchased the DP and table used.
