Aftermarket DRO for Planer?

Does anybody have a good source for a digital readout that can be added to a planer?

I'm not sure what you are looking for but you can check out the Woodcraft store. They're planer digital height gauge is $45

Also, Barry Wixey has some additional pics of other planer installs on his site. If the DRO is applicable to your situation, it's by far the most economical solution.
