    WHO, it's almost two years since I have looked at this post.
    Well Karl I finally dug out some old photos and put them on the scanner, so be it for the poor quality.

    This is a model of the ship Ezmeralda, a four masted schooner. The ship is still sailing today.

    The model stands 11.5" tall and is 15" long. It's NOT from a kit but all hand carved and hand rigged, anything round was turned on the lathe. All taken from a photo. I have about 2000 hrs in it. Lots and lots of small parts to turn.









    Well if nothing else, I finally got them up Karl.

    Well, it certainly took you long enough Bill.

    That is an awesome model and I'm in awe of the time, detail and painstaking work involved.

    Do you still have the model? If so, how about some updated pics with a digital camera. And some more angles?
