Thread: So What's this Weekend Accomplishments "thing"....

  1. #16
There is ONLY one thing for me to really look forward to on Mondays...it's your post Dennis. It may seem that those of us who don't have anything we classify an "accomplishment" don't appreciate your prompting...but I sure do.

Yea. I was on there a bit, not too much, as I was new to the net back then.

I too enjoy the Weekend Accomplishments threads. I dont post much in them partly because the hospital has to be staffed 24/7 so half of my weekend post would say went to work!! Keep them coming.

Well, now that you mention it, Jim, that does sound like a real good idea, which you've come up with! You know, I wouldn't mind doing it, but every other of my weekends would start out with, "...I have to work this weekend, so.... ", and that wouldn't be too interesting, don't you think??? However, you might know someone who is most always around, wouldn't you??? Give it some thought and you may come up with a name or two, right Jim???

Cool! He's always into something for the weekend, which should kick it off pretty nicely!

Hey Karl, thanks for rekindling what had been a pretty long-standing tradition for many of us! I'm hopeful many of our newer members will jump in on it, as well!

Sounds like it'll be a fun way to check up on everyone. We can find out all the stuff that gets in the way of our plans for WW.

Boy, I love this place! I've always "tuned in" to Dennis' weekend posts and always enjoy reading what everone did over the weekend. It's a great way to spend that morning cup of coffee.

Maybe Karl's new thread will inspire us to make more of our weekends. I know I'm a bit burnt sometimes by the time Friday rolls around and many of my great plans fade away as the Saturday afternoon hockey game wanes on into the third period and the couch starts feeling a little too comfortable...zzz...zzz...zzz
