Bigger pics. I am having a bit of trouble determining the size of the picture. In this case I resized to 600 X 397 and it came out to 103 KB, but on other pics, that size is way to big to post.

Ernie your killing me with the pics of those bowls. I'm eyeing the neighbors walnut tree. Hope he don't see me with a plumbob trying to figure how to fell it.

Now you're cooking with gas!!!! Now I can see the curl in the bowl that I thought I saw through these old myopic eyes. Even more beautiful, Ernie.
Ernie try this program. With it you can go ahead and take your pictures in high resolution and still shrink them down to viewable size. Here is the web address for Pixresizer.

I have done so much with so little for so long I am now qualified to do anything with nothing......
P.S. If you are interested in plans for any project that I post, just put some money in an envelope and mail it to me and I will keep it.

Very beautiful, for sure. I like the bowls with the bark left around the rim. What keeps it from eventually peeling, flaking or falling off? The finish?
I really love that bowl!
Mike, I have some extra walnut that I can bring down when those eucalyptus are cut. It'd be nice if they were going to push those over so you could get the root ball.Originally Posted by Mike Ramsey
Paul, I fill the area where the bark attaches with CA glue per Glenn Hodges instruction in a different thread. I couldn't tell you whether or not it will eventually separate, but I guess I'll find out with this one because it will stay here.
Thanks again everyone.
