Some HVAC contractors around here have machines to make it. Probably the best method is to find the wholesale house where other HVAC contractors get it.
Perhaps do a web search for Lindab SpiroSafe and see if they can tell you who the local distributor is. You sometimes have to buy through a business name.

Pull out your "Yellow Pages", look up HVAC suppliers and start dialing. You can often find someone to make what you want/need locally that way for reasonable prices.

I am in the HVAC business here in California. Anyways i don't believe you can buy direct through HVAC business. You can try but i would recommend that you also look into contacting a local Heating Company and asking them if you can buy the spiral pipe through them. They will probably charge you a small fee but it will probably be cheaper than online place. I just called my supplier and he said it is $13.55 for a 10' of 6" spiral. Just thought i would give you a base price so you can beware if they overcharge you. If you ask for any ellbows they are about $3-4 and about the same price for wye's. Good luck.
