    Jet JJ-8CS jointer question

We have one of these in our shop and the tables are not parrellel. because of this the boards rock in the middle of the cuts. I've checked the book/manual MANY times and can't seem to find a way to adjust this.

    anyone have any ideas?

You will need to shim the beds (along the wedge) with copper, brass, tin or other stock to compensate. The tin cut from a soda can will do the trick. Your rocking of the board may also be that you don't have your knives parrallel with the outfeed table (knives set too high), check this first then move on to shimming the beds.
