No, but I think it is going to take someone from Google to do that. I'd be really surprised if one of the SU5 users would know why you are getting that error code in GSU. The help files don't go into error codes.
Your problem is definitely one for tech support if you can get them to give you an answer.
Ken, I saw your post there, and I knew it was you in an instant. However, none of the forum regulars can help you with the install issue - this is a job for Google developers. And, since you have the "no tech support" version, from my perspective, you're hosed, and that sucks. Perhaps Google will come through for you. I'd help if I could.
Have you ever attempted the 8-hour demo of SketchUp "Pro" and got it to install?
