    Woodpecker customer service example set!!!

I have an approximately 2 1/2 year old Woodpecker router table with a phenolic plate and I've had a few problems develop. They're not woodpeckers fault but I wanted to ask a couple of questions about tables and plates and lifts and so forth. Well, as it turns out, who should answer the phone but Mr. Woodpeckers himself, Richard Hummel. He took quite a few minutes of his time and answered all my questions and explained his tools and their differences in explicit detail. It was a VERY intriguing converstaion (for me anyway )and one that made me appreciate the company even more than I do already.

Thanks to Mr. Hummel and Woodpeckers for their wonderful customer service philosophy. I know that i'll spend more money there.

Mark, I agree that the Woodpecker people give really good service. They have good products and are good to deal with both before and after your purchase.
    Best Regards, Ken

I'll second what Ken said, one of the best companies I've ever delt with.
