I have tried both the "paper clip" and "manage your attachments" at the bottom of the reply. I am able to browse and click on the file to be uploaded but when I click on the upload button, a "can not find server" message appears.
Any advice?

That happens once in a while. Just keep trying

This is most often caused by a firewall or pop-up blocker on your machine, or an upload that is too large.
