New forum created

please excuse my ignorance or my overlooking, but I must of missed the poll for a new forum "plans and files".
I remember back when the masses wanted a "turning" forum it was like pulling teeth from a gator just to have it considered . After much debate the powers that be finally decided to put it up for a vote. The majority ruled and a new turning forum was created.
Now I see that another new forum is in the works but again I say, I must of missed that poll as well as the thread that discussed the need or want of this. Could someone please link me to the thread or poll.

I think it is a great idea.

I was not around when the Turning forum thing happened, maybe as the turning forum is such a great success, (keeps all of them spinny types in one place ) this new forum came into being with a little less fuss?

Yes, it's a subforum under the Design forum.
We plan to use it as a file repository to keep things organized.
