I have been enjoying this site for awhile now, just got into turning, bought new Nova 1622-44, price seemed right for what you guys say a lathe should have! I love it and hope to post a turning or two soon. Hope the turning comes eaiser than the computer!! Thanks to all for the great info and examples to shoot for!

Welcome to the Creek Skip! Nothing like a new lathe to get the excitment level cranked up for turning. Looking forward to seeing some of your work.

First, W E L C O M E ! ! ! Now, as to the computer and turning. On my computer I can have all the creations I want and they all fit inside the same physical area. While with turning, well...look for lots of shelf space!
