    Delta 34-444 switch replacement

I've got a 1990 Delta Contractor's saw (34-444) and would like to replace the toggle power switch. I've been thinking about the Grizzly magnetic switch - are they pretty easy to install?

    Thanks in advance,
    Scott Patterson

Magnetic switches need to be matched to the motor. What Grizzly switch are you referring to?

I have the same saw and replaced the small toggle switch with large button switch sold for use on a router table. I've seen them in a couple of on-line woodworking tool catolog sites.

I believe it was the G8291. My saw has the Delta 1 1/2 hp single phase motor.
    Thanks,
    Scott
