Yeah, the jagged edges are probably normal IF you are enlarging that tiny little preview to look at it. It would almost be like enlarging your avatar and looking at that.

I'm asuming you got V1.1 which was the latest beta. If you look at the Podium dialog box you'll see an arrow at the top right corner. Click on that and you'll see an option for setting the image size. You can set it to 640x480 which will help.

You should also see a menu entry called Settings. You can adjust the quality which those sliders. The bottom one helps with antialiasing which removes or at least reduces the jagged edges.

Same thing happened to me. What I ended up doing was:

    - Close Sketchup.
    - open Windows Explorer
    - click on My Computer
    - click on C: drive
    - click Program files
    - click Google
    - click Google Sketchup

There should be a Plugins folder. If Podium has its own folder, move to Plugins folder. Reopen Sketchup. You should now have a plugins tab at the top.

Hope this works for you as it did for me.

    Aloha

Thanks, Ken!! I actually got to spend a few minutes on the phone with our resident SU Guru, which got me all straightened up. Turns out that my original install of the Podium plug-in was trying to put itself into my @Last folder under version 5! Weird.

Ah, that's better! Thank you, sir!

Keith, glad you got it worked out.
