    I own...and use...a set of Dave's tools. They are well made...work perfect...look purdy...but the best of all...they just feel good in my hand.

    These are very generous gifts from a master at making fine hand tools. I have a set and would not be without them.

    It is hard to cut a joint accurately if you can't lay it out and mark it accurately, and with these guys, at least the marking is dealt with.

    Thank all of you for your compliments. To me it's a labor of love, which is to say I'm not intending to quit my day job. I feel strongly that it is important to support Sawmill Creek. This group of people has offered me encouragement, the benefits of their experience in any number of woodworking related areas, and most of all, some really wonderful friendships. Since SMC has given to me, I only felt it was right to give back.
