Guy at work found this and gave it to me as he knows I'm in to old hand tools. Mine is missing the vise but otherwise in really good shape. Anyone have one or any info on them??? I found an old Goodell Pratt catalog image but not much else.

It is a "benchtop" hacksaw. The vise (which can be adjusted on the casting to various angles) is for securing tubing (or whatever you're cutting). Therefore, you can cut miters....or whatever angle you wish. This setup lent itself to more efficient and accurate cutting of small metallic material. The one's I've seen, as I recall, allow the frame to be adjusted somewhat to accommodate various size hacksaw blades. I don't see the adjustment feature in your photo...it may be on the backside and attached to the nut show on the face side.

Yes, there is accomodation for different length blades. The pic is not of mine, but found it on the web along with some catalog scans from around 1930. Patent date on the tool is June 20, 1899.
So a post from a long time ago on another forum from Wayne Anderson asking about one of these. Wonder if he ended up keeping it or selling it off?
