    Manage Attachments (Resolved)

I am trying to add a pic to a thread that I want to publish on the finishing forum. Problem: When I click on the "hot button" Manage Attachments I receive the visual indicator that the key has been selected, but then the pop up window does not appear. Can any of you computer wizards help me with my education? John

This morning I downloaded IE 7, and 'voila' once I turned off the blocker the system worked as advertised. My thread with pic is on the finish forum. Thanks for all the input. It was your assistance that kept me working at the problem until it was resolved.

The pop up blocker was on and I turned it off. Still no joy. It seems that Internet Explorer has the pop up blocker on by default.

John, This happened to me and the pop up was coming up but minamized. See if it is at the bottom of your browser. Or try clicking the little arrow just to the right of the paper clip.

Thanks Jack. My 'paper clip' doesn't function. If I right click I get options about e-mail, go to my pictures etc.

Dunno John. I'm no techie but sometimes when stuff like this happens, I close the browser then try again. If that doesn't work, I'll reboot the computer. Sometimes it seems to work (maybe an IE thing?) Good luck.

I went to a second computer and it worked as advertised. I have a problem with the setup on this one and I will just have to figure it out. Thanks for the help.
