    Synthetic / non-woven abrasives

Well, I thought I must have already bookmarked some site for a chart that compared those colored abrasive pads to steel wool or other abrasives. Searched here, Klingspor, 3M, etc. without much luck.

Anyone know of a good comprehensive chart to print out and stick in my shop notebook for future reference?

Very fine, extra fine, ultra fine . . . . It's as bad as the toothpaste aisle at the supermarket

If you can't make it perfect, make it adjustable.

Mike....I too searched the same websites for that info., with the same results. I finally found it at Woodcraft......they are: Green= 0 / Maroon= 00 Grey= 000 / White= 0000. These are as per the Norton company. Other companies may be different. I've not checked any others. Hope this helps.........Phil
