    Dragon Rasps

Just received my hand cut "Dragon" rasps from Stewart-McDonald yesterday and was amazed at the quiality and how well they work. A luthier friend of mine told me about them and I was not dissapointed. They were $75.00 for a pair of 10" rasps, one is a 1st cut the other is a 2nd cut. If you're like me and $80-100 each isn't in your budget for Airoiu rasps these are a great alternative for half the price. I have a Nicholson no.50 and these are a cut above (plus I like the shape) and still less $$$ (Nicholson rasps go for about $50). Anyway, check out Stewart-Mcdonald luthier supplies for more info and pics.
