    Thanks for the welcome .............

    I have tried to ad a pic to this reply but to no evail so can some one please help,my pic is 93.5kb so it is not to big i dont think...........
    sorry to be a pain..............

    Posting Pictures

    To add a picture to your post (that is of appropriate file size...and I recommend that the pixel size be no wider than 500 to avoid distorting folks' browser windows and requiring scrolling), click on the Manage Attachments link near the bottom of the posting options. In the resulting pop-up window, click on Browse and select your file. Click on Add This File and WAIT until the window confirms that the file is loaded. If you have any more photos to add (you can have up to five per post) repeat the Browse/Add procedure as needed. Once you have the list of files you selected at the bottom of the pop-up window, click on All Done to close the pop-up window and return to the posting form. Complete your post as normal from there.
