Inset Drawer Slides - Blum Choices

I'm a little confused after reading the Blum catalog. It looks like Blum Tandem slides can be used w/ inset drawers on face frame cabinets by using an extension block behind the frame and moving the slides back the thickness of the false front.

Solo slides however, offer a specific slide system for face frame/inset, but it comes in only 18" and 21" models.

Am I reading this right, or can you take a Solo face frame/overlay slide and move it back a bit like you can the Tandems?

    Thanks!

Tim, did you ever get an answer? I have the same question about SOLO slides.
