help with email problem??

Hi guys, hopefully this is where I can post this

the name this is posted under represents the third user name I have.....Heres the trouble: I changed my email address on my first user name (Jeff Borges) and when I did that my rights to post were taken away. I sent an email and no response. 3 more emails spaced out over two months and still no response. Finally created a new user name, but it too wouldn't allow posting....same email address problem? Anyhow, I created this user name, with a different email address and voila, I have an account again. I would prefer to go back to my original user name and continue on, but it doesn't work. Where do I go from here?
