I have a bit more progress on the small smoother. Some had asked for updates so here goes. I have planed the infill to fit and cut the angled elements, I then went about grinding a 5.125 radius into the toe and the heel. I sanded the metal and infill parts flush together and then applied garnet shellac to the infills with a french polish technique. I chamfered the top edge of the sides and blended the radius at the corners. Just a bit more finishing and the lever cap to go.
