    Anyone using TurboSketch Studio?

IMSI is offering a Turbocad/Sketchup blend.

    Anyone try it?

It seems to be a wonderful enhancement to Sketchup's rendering ability. I continue to be amazed at the software offerings these days. They offer a lot of bag for the buck.

In this case, this software appears to use radiosity to develop subtle shades and reflections of materials and light. Radiosity use to be a costly technology that was the difference between making a cartoon and a photorealistic picture.

If this package includes a material library, and the ability to create your own materials from photos, it's a heck of a deal for $100.

We tried it yesterday on a couple of houses I am designing that were already in Sketch-up.....it really worked quite well. They have a free trial period. I will buy it based on the trial.
