I made one with the help of a FWW article. It was written in general terms. That is it did not give dimensions for one specific box, but gave you parameters so you could design your own. I'll look up the article if anyone is interested.

Hey Guys,
Wood smith magazine (issue no. 183) just came out with a new set of plans to build an early turn of the century chest. It`s modeled after the Union tool chest works co. Rochester, NY. It`s a mission style !7" seven drawer. I was told it`s the nicest chest & plans seen yet.
